In my years of work as a teacher, mentor, and — most importantly — as a student of the school of life, I have come to a simple yet profound realization: each one of us carries an inner guidance system that is always inviting us forward onto a path that is uniquely our own. The people I work with are as varied as the paths that brought them here. Some are navigating a profound transition — a shift in identity, relationship, or purpose that has called everything into question. Others feel the pull of a creative or spiritual calling they are finally ready to answer. Some have worked with psychedelic medicines and are now doing the deeper work of living what those experiences revealed. And some are simply at a point in their lives where they want more — more meaning, more depth, and more alignment between who they are and how they are living.
I also work with those who are traversing a dark night of the soul — that profound disorientation that Carl Jung understood not as a crisis to be solved, but as an initiation into a deeper life. A passage that, when moved through consciously, becomes the ground of real transformation.

Looking back on my own journey, if there is one thing I would have done differently, it would have been finding a mentor earlier. That recognition is at the heart of why I do this work. We are not meant to walk this path alone. We are not meant to hold it all inside of us.

Intentional work with psychedelic medicines can be a profoundly eye-opening, heart-expanding, and life-altering experience.
The medicine experience itself, however, is the doorway…the real work begins when you choose to walk through it.
Working with all these medicines can reveal, the mental, emotional, and physiological shifts they catalyze, and finding a practical way to integrate that wisdom into daily life is the deciding factor in whether a powerful experience remains as a peak moment or becomes a true turning point for long-term healing and transformation in your life.
This is something I have walked firsthand through nearly twenty years of personal exploration and over a decade of supporting others on this path — both individuals on their own journey of transformation and various healers I helped train and guide along the way.
Every medicine experience is uniquely personal. The way its wisdom is processed and integrated into daily life will look different for everyone. What remains constant is the value of having someone walk beside you through it.
No matter the medicine or dose, I am here to support you in preparing for the experience, integrating the experience, or both.
prep & integration structure:
At minimum, I recommend one preparation session before your medicine experience and one integration session in the days immediately following your experience.
For those who want to receive the greatest amount of benefit from their intentional medicine work and are able to meet more often, I recommend three months of mentorship, which provides the time to deeply process and integrate new perspectives and habits, while having consistent support throughout the process.

During a prep session, I am also available to answer any questions you may have.

This is a five week long container that includes one private session each week, plus text and voicenote support throughout the entire five weeks (during normal business hours).
The Intentional Microdosing Container provides you with a very high level of personalized support throughout your entire process of working with the medicine.
